UPDATED; Friday 5 Feb 2010 – add email with [@] symbol contained within square-brackets, .. problem solved. Except now I need to provide instructions for newbies, which I am NOT going to do -{Remove the square brackets}-  (I dont think anybody has ever used THIS to email me, as it IS my main email-account, and it is checked daily / hourly depending upon other activities).
